The meeting rooms can be booked 7 day’s a week from 6:00am to 12:30am.

Frenni Fawr – Large Meeting Room
Up to 260 delegates boardroom style or 100 theatre style
£10 Per Hour
The Frenni Fach 1 and 2 – Small Meeting Rooms
Up to 8 delegates boardroom style
12 Theater
£5 per hour each
Kitchen
A fully furnished kitchen is available should it be needed
£2 per hour
REFRESHMENTS
Tea, Coffee & Biscuits available for £1 per delegate (unlimited top up) Comprehensive range of buffet options also available to suit all dietary requirements – please contact us for pricing or further information
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled with less than 5 days notice will incur the full fee.
Bookings cancelled with less than 10 days notice will incur a 50% fee.
